Emergency Food Shelf
Waite House Food Shelf serves hundreds of individuals, providing 15 pounds of food per person each month. Participants pick out their own food items. Available to residents of Phillips who live within the Waite House boundaries and who select our food shelf as their only provider. Must provide proof of residency (for example, a piece of recent mail) and picture identification for the head of each household and complete a brief registration process. Call for eligibility, hours and registration information.
Community Café
The Community Café offers free nutritious meals Monday through Friday. An average of 250 meals are served everyday. Call for times.
Produce Giveaway
The 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month Phillips residents can pick up produce for their families. Call for information on times.
Toys for Tots
Through this program more than 200 kids received winter holiday gifts last year. Registration begins in November. Call for more information.
MAC and NAPS
MAC serves pregnant women or children 2-6 years old who are not on WIC. NAPS serves seniors, age 60 years and older. For more information regarding eligibility and /or to register please call Second Harvest Heartland at 651-484-8241.
