Adult Computer Skills

Oak Park offers evening computer classes in its modern-equipped computer lab.  Lab is also open for neighborhood use.

Older Adult Program

Come spend time with the Oak Park Older Adult Program. We meet every Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. We serve up a good conversation along with a good cup of hot coffee and lunch. Activities vary each week, we also offer transportation.  Come join the fun!

Employing Partners in Community (EPIC)

Provides day training and habilitation services (DTH) and Supported Employment Services (SES) for persons who have developmental disabilities. EPIC offers vocational and non-vocational services, with an emphasis on community integration, community enrichment and community employment. EPIC is licensed to serve a wide variety of adults with disabilities from ages 21 to 90, employed, volunteering and retired. EPIC provides quality customized services for individuals, their families and support teams, employers, local businesses and community partners. EPIC facilitates true community citizenship for every person. 




Skills for Life Program

Supports the challenges of independent living for teens and adults between the ages of 13 and 21 with developmental disabilities. Services offered include child neglect/abuse prevention, support coordination services, youth program in metro area high schools and representative payee services. Skills for Life operates in 5 local schools year round, supporting the successful transition to adulthood and post high school employment.
