Employing Partners in Community (EPIC)
EPIC provides day training and habilitation services (DTH) and Supported Employment Services (SES) for persons who have developmental disabilities. EPIC offers vocational and non-vocational services, with an emphasis on community integration, community enrichment and community employment. Active older Adults
A program that provides older adults 50 years old and up with structured programming that preventing isolation and loneliness. Adults are engaged, supported, and participate in community field trips while being connected to resources and other opportunities for community engagement. Lunch and limited transportation is provided and the group meets Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 9-1pm. Please call 612 529-8054 for more information
Representative Payee
Camden Neighborhood Center collaborates with Social Security’s Representative Payment Program which provides financial management for the Social Security and SSI payments of our beneficiaries who are incapable of managing their Social Security or SSI payments. Camden Community Connection
Provide services for adults with development disabilities living on their own. Adults will receive individual services, advocacy, small group counseling, training, and social/ recreational opportunities. Advocates will work in collaboration with adult to develop and support their life goals.
