We are in the midst of applying for a Minnesota Department of Education 21st Century Community Learning Center grant to increase out of school time academic enrichment options for K-12th graders living near four of our neighborhood centers: Waite House, Brian Coyle Center, Pillsbury House + Theatre, and Oak Park Center.
The 21st CCLC Grant Program is intended to help students meet state and local student standards in core academic subjects, such as reading and math; offers students a broad array of services that can complement their regular academic programs; and offers literacy and other educational services to the families of participating children.
