Part of Pillsbury United's Community Media Initiative, North News is a community newspaper and is produced in part by youth in our journalism class at North High School. Founded in 1991, North News has a circulation of about 10,000, and is the premiere community news source in North Minneapolis.

KRSM- Southside Media

Part of Pillsbury United's Community Media initiative, KRSM is a low-power FM radio station based out of the Phillips neighborhood in South Minneapolis. Broadcasting at 98.9 FM, this is a hyper-local platform for amplifying the voices, stories, cultures, and conversations happening in our neighborhoods.
