Directions:

North Point Health & Wellness Center is located at the intersection of Penn and Plymouth Avenues in North Minneapolis.

From the North, take I-35W South to I-94 West to the West Broadway Avenue exit. Take the West Broadway Avenue Exit and go West (take a left) on to West Broadway Avenue for approximately 1.5 miles to Penn Avenue. Go South (take a left) on to Penn Avenue and go approximately 1/2mi. to 14th Avenue and take a right on to 14th Avenue then an immediate left into the NorthPoint Patient Parking Lot.

From the South, take I-35W North to I-94 West Exit. Take I-94 West to the West Broadway Avenue exit.Take the West Broadway Avenue Exit and go West (take a left) on to West Broadway Ave for approximately 1.5 miles to Penn Avenue. Go South (take a left) on to Penn Avenue and go approximately 1/2miles to 14th Avenue and take a right on to 14th Avenue then an immediate left into the NorthPoint Patient Parking Lot. 

From the West, take I-94 East to the West Broadway Exit. Take the West Broadway Avenue Exit and go West (take a right) on to West Broadway Ave for approximately 1.5 miles to Penn Avenue. Go South (take a left) on to Penn Avenue and go approximately 1/2mile to 14th Avenue and take a right on to 14th Avenue. Then take an immediate left into the NorthPoint Patient Parking Lot. 

From the East, take I-94 West to West Broadway Avenue exit. Take the West Broadway Avenue Exit and go West (take a left) on to West Broadway Avenue for approximately 1.5 miles to Penn Avenue. Go South (take a left) on to Penn Avenue and go approximately 1/2mile to 14th Avenue and take a right on to 14th Avenue. Then take an immediate left into the NorthPoint Patient Parking Lot.
