Dental/Medical Interpretation

Our unique partnership with NorthPoint allows us to serve as Patient Advocates and work alongside their professional health care staff to ensure that you are receiving culturally and linguistically competent health care and/or health-related resources for both your dental and medical needs.  Our advocates are fluent in Hmong, Spanish, Laotian, and Thai.  They  are available on-site during regular clinic hours to assist you with interpretation on all available services. 

Health Insurance Enrollment

Our Patient Advocates serve as interpreters to assist with the process of applying for no-cost or low-cost health insurance such as Medical Assistance (MA), GAMC, MinnesotaCare, and Assured Care. 

Health and Wellness Advocacy

We are here to assist you and your family with any questions and/or concerns that you may have for your health, such as family planning.
