Housing Assistance

Our advocates can assist you with finding a home to rent, public housing, and communicating with landlords on your behalf.

Public Assistance Enrollment

We can assist you with the process of enrolling for public assistance.  Hennepin County Financial Workers are available on site if you have questions about your active case. We also have a Hmong/Lao/Thai Outreach Liaison from Hennepin County that comes to our site every Monday from 1:30-4:30 pm.

Transportation Services

Transportation services are determined on a case-by-case basis. However, we can assist with arranging transportation for those of you that are covered under your medical assistance. 

Safety Planning

Our community advocates will take time to sit down and carefully assist you with planning steps to increase any safety concerns that you may have. 

Energy Assistance

We assist you with the application process for energy assistance, however we do not make the final decisions on whether or not you will be receiving assistance.
