Health Realization/3 Principles

This understanding is being used successfully in many different arenas and populations. It offers ways for all people to be more resilient and grounded. Participants will learn the inside-out nature of experience, understand and promote mental health, explore ways to utilize their inner technology, reframe negativity and drama to reduce its impact, explore ways to work with difficult people and speak to the health in others.  CEU’s certificates are available. Individuals are responsible for submitting them to their organizations.

The Relationship Between Thought, Chakras and Health

Thursday, May 8, 6:00–8:30 pm

Chakras are energy centers in constant relationship with your thoughts and the life around you. They influence the level of well being and health you experience. Elsewhere in the world, attending to the chakras is a healing intervention. This class will offer an orientation to the chakras, their job, how thought relates to them, and provide ways to clear them and bring them into higher functioning.

About the Instructor:

Cindi Claypatch M.A. is the founder and director of the Health Realization Training Center, a center of Pillsbury United Communities’ Urban Institute using a principle based model. She has 30 plus years of experience creating programs, consulting, training, counseling and healing. She offers training and consultation to promote health and wellness in a variety of organizational settings such as: business, health care, school districts, churches, social services, mental and chemical health. She provides education to parents, children, families and individuals and has also been involved in assisting immigrant populations. She presents at conferences. She is certified in intuition and many other healing modalities, and she received her Masters with the focus on Holistic Health.
