Food Pantry
We offer nutritious packages of food for youth and families in need. Once a family signs up, they can count on a receiving a certain amount of food each month.
Brian Coyle Center food shelf is open Monday and Friday from noon until 6 pm and Tuesday and Wednesday from noon until 3 pm. The food shelf includes culturally specific food items, with an emphasis on Asian and East African cultures.
In addition, Produce Giveaway is available on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. For more information, call 612-876-9322
Pillsbury House + Theatre offers emergency resources via the Groveland Food for Youth, administered by Full Cycle Bike Shop. Youth ages 10-23 can stop by from 4 pm to 7 pm on Tuesday and Thursday each week. Groveland is located in the basement of Plymouth Congregational Church on Groveland Avenue between Nicollet and Lasalle Avenues, 1900 Nicollet Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55403.
Oak Park Center food pantry distributes fresh produce every third Wednesday starting at 9:30 until supplies last.
Waite House food shelf hours of operation are Mondays and Fridays from 1:00-5:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursdays from 2:30-6:30 pm. Sign up begins at the front desk at 10:00 am. First time participants should bring ID for yourself and family members because there is a short registration process. Call 612-721-1681 with questions.
Waite House provides free, fresh lunch Monday through Friday 11:00 am to 12:30 pm via the Community Café.
Camden Neighborhood Center is offering a free bread distribution once a week. Call for details.
