P illsbury United Communities believes that in order to challenge inequality, emerging community leadership needs to be supported and developed, particularly in underserved communities.  We believe there is a growing need to support leaders that are both trusted and closely tied to their respective communities, but who may not have the institutional know-how to operating a non-profit within the context of an increasingly regulatory environment.

The affiliated organizations of Pillsbury United Communities play significant roles in addressing unmet community needs. By providing administrative and backroom support to affiliates, we’re building the capacities of groups and organizations to more effectively serve our community.
