Pillsbury United Communities was honored to be a recipient of the Gold Award from the Minnesota Council for Quality.  In presenting the award, Pat Billings, President of the Minnesota Council for Quality stated that Pillsbury United Communities is a “role model for other non-profits” citing the agency’s best practices and our reputation as a “tremendous learning organization.”
