Pillsbury United Communities has five operating locations throughout Minneapolis, as well as a learning institute that empowers communities by developing programs and leaders from within the community itself and a professional live theatre. They provide essential gathering spaces for people in the community to connect with one another, to build meaningful relationships, and to find the resources they need to make positive changes in their lives.
Neighborhood Centers are innovative and proactive in their approach to creating stronger communities. While each center is distinctive - based upon the demographic makeup and unique needs of the surrounding neighborhoods - each has developed programs that are organized around six common focus areas:
